Covering an 800-acre site with outstanding transport connections, iPort has funding in place and planning consent for up to 6 million sq ft of 24-hour logistics space. The site benefits from a 52 MVA power supply and a strong local workforce supported by the iPort Academy.
Amazon, Fellowes, CEVA, Lidl, Maritime Transport, Dusk and Woodland Group have all taken space here. A further 2.4 million sq ft is also available, with build-to-suit opportunities complemented by a phased speculative development programme and current capacity for buildings up to 800,000 sq ft.
