With iPort Rail now open and operational, we wanted to take the opportunity to introduce you to the dedicated, professional and experienced team who oversee the action iPort Rail using modern terminal management systems.

Leading is Steve Freeman, who has over 35 years in the global railway industry, a strong background in railway operations, business and operational start-up, and project delivery. He is supported by David Cross as Commercial Manager and Andy Wishart as Head of Operations, while Jane Harrison leads the Finance team.

On-site, Paul Green will operate our new reach stackers, while Jack Wheat oversees yard operations, ensuring the safe movement of trains within the terminal. Anna Czarna, Danielle Marshall and Paul Cooper will provide the logistic co-ordination for road and rail customers.

Occupiers such as Amazon, Fellowes and CEVA Logistics are already based on-site, while supermarket LIDL is set to open a warehouse later this year.
